1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items.
  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated after inspection of returned items.
  • It may take 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
  • COD refunds will be processed via store credit or bank transfer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food items
  • Products purchased under clearance or special sale
  • Perishable items past their return window
